Photographs
Your wedding photographs are treasures you will keep for a lifetime. We recommend your chosen photographer visit the Club prior to your wedding to check for lighting and photograph locations. The Club’s grand entrance with domed ceiling, fountain and cathedral staircase along with the outdoor settings, provide the perfect framework for your cherished photographs.

Room Decor
The Ciociaro Club will gladly assist you in planning your reception color scheme and room decor. The head table for every reception is elevated and draped with fine linens, complemented by Royal Doulton bone china and Oneida cutlery. Elegant skirting is also available for the head table, receiving and dessert tables. The Staff will also lend their cooperation to your selected reception decorators to ensure your reception room is perfect in every way.

Flowers
The colour scheme and theme of your wedding and reception are reflected and enhanced by the flowers chosen for your bouquet, your attendant’s flowers and the table arrangements for your reception. The staff of the Club will gladly provide you with linen samples and a floor plan of your reception to assist you and your florist with your reception floral planning.

Food & Beverage
The Ciociaro Club offers a diverse and outstanding array of menus and food services for wedding receptions of every size. In addition to standard offerings, the Club is able to design specialized menus to satisfy the most discriminating guests. The staff of the Club will carefully assist you with your menu and beverage planning to ensure your reception is a grand and memorable event.

Band / DJ and Entertainment
The Club is readily equipped to accommodate the technical and electronic requirements of your selected entertainment. We suggest they contact the Club at least two weeks in advance to ensure their technical requirements are available and ready for your reception.

Sweet Table
The Club’s specialized sweet tables and fresh fruit buffets are the perfect complement to your customized reception menu. Professional advice and personalized design services ensure your dessert selections are elegantly presented and served at the appropriate time for the enjoyment of your guests.

Optional Venues
The Ciociaro Club offers six elegant rooms within the main complex in which to host every size wedding reception. Additionally, there are three, seasonal-use outdoor venues, perfectly appointed for small, medium and large receptions. The staff of the Club will gladly offer you advice and information regarding the use of each of the outdoor venues for your reception.
